UMW Standard Drilling Sdn Bhd
- Joint venture with Standard Drilling Far East Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Standard Drilling ASA of Norway for a 51% stake in 2007. UMW acquired a 100% stake for both NAGA 2 & NAGA 3 in December 2009.

UMW Standard Drilling Sdn Bhd (USD) principally provides drilling services to the upstream oil and gas sector primarily on management and operation of Jack-up rigs. Our first Jack-uprig, NAGA 2, is expected to be deployed in 1st Quarter 2010. Our second Jack-up rig, NAGA 3, is currently under construction and will be operational in 2010.
