• Joint venture with Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co. Ltd. (a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation)

• UMW Oil & Gas partners with Airtrust Singapore Ptd Ltd. The company in turn joint ventures with Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corporation, China.
• Operational by the 1st Quarter 2010. It is located in Batam, Indonesia.
• Our scope of business is manufacturing, finishing, processing and sales of tubular pipes and products. Production capacity is 60,000 tonnes per year.

United Seamless Tubulaar Pvt. Ltd., India

• Joint venture with the United Steel Allied Industries Pte Ltd (a member of the Kamineni Group of  Companies)    
• Operational by early 2010.
• We manufacture seamless tubular green pipes for both OCTG and industrial applications.

We also provide internal and external pipe coating services. We have the capacity to produce a total of 480,000 tonnes of SSAW and LSAW steel pipes per annum.
